outdoor in winter

I was thinking of a idea but I am still not sure if it is possible.
You can make a winter greenhouse as I have heard and people grow plants in the winter. Usually these greenhouses have propane greenhouse heaters which I can buy. If I were to grow marijuana during the winter outside I was wondering if the low light of winter would mess up the plants flowering? I also would need to choose a strain that is best suited for the job.

Does anyone think that this is possible?

Im new to this too but i dont think there would be enough light. you need at least 18hr of light to veg them.

Ya you would end up getting the plant to flower earlier then you wanted aaand it would not be as potent..sorry, would be easy if it were just that easy.

I could use a auto-flowering plants with a very low life span with a short veg cycle.

i tihnk it could be done if the heat is kept up, especially if its all snowy outside. Ive found that days after a fresh snow are the brightest, it hurts my fuckin eyes haha. People grow under lights from seed at 12/12. the dutch method or wahtever. i dont think you would need an auto flowering because the short photoperiod would serve that purpose already. i dunno, jus my thoughts

start them inside under floro's. shop lights work great. get them about 1 to 2 feet tall. put them in the greenhouse once you are ready to flower them. they will grow slower due to lower ligth levels but they will grow and flower. the heater will help A LOT.
