Is this enough lighting?

Just wondering if this was enough lighting there sun blaster cool daylight agri-bulb 6400k the plants are 25 days old give or take a day. There planted in biocannas bio-terra soil i started giving them a litle liqiud karma about a week ago and im going to grab nutes within the next day or 2.
does everything look and sound ok? any input would be greatly appreciated.

also i recently transplanted them into those pots they were in beer cups prior.

What exactly are you asking? Is there enough lighting to make it through flowering? Or enough light for right now? What's on the walls by the way?

Also, how many lights do you have there? Any how many watts are they a piece?

it looks like you've got 18 plants under 8 CFLS...you need WAAY more lights and maybe even take some plants out unless you want to buy an assload of CFLS..I think people say a realistic goal is 100w per plant with CFLS...

yah man all the money is wasted on CFL's go get an HID light ASAP they cost about $100 bucks. got to htgsupply they have the best prices for the quality

even then ideally a 400 watt can do 6 to 8 plants in my opinion
