Hey helpful people...

So i'm running a 1000watt mh conversion bulb from sunmaster on my digital hps ballast and today i went to check on the room and the light was off. My timer is set up correctly and showed that the light should still be on. I have the ballast set to 75% because the clones are brand new. This is the second time it has happened within the past 2 days and I can't figure it out. Can a brand new bulb burn out in the first usage? Any suggestions would be super helpful.

oh ps.. i'm running a 30amp subpanel to the room where the op is... eventually it will be a 3000watt grow, but only need one light on because the little ladies are hangin out in red cups and only take up about a couple square feet of space. The lights will turn back on at 5:30pm pst, so I have until then to figure this out.
