1st grow couple questions? LED/CFL

OK, let me start by saying Thanks. I love the information super highway. First grow, 90w led and 3 x 100w cfl, bag seed dank. Im using FFOF and just started giving Big Bloom. It seems as if I have a little burn or something any help appreciated. Everything is about 2 to 3 weeks from seed. Im gonna get another led and after sexing problably do 3 to 4 lst or scog and if all goes well prep for some UK seeds.

Any help appreciated. I want to start giving more nutes just dont know if there burnt now. I need to get h20 meter so I can maybe dry more, I dont think Im over watering. I heard that less is better so Im being conservative. Im using well water now around 6.8 ph , last waterings may have been softened water( do I need to flush salts)?

Let me add this is a 90w LED off ebay from gothem hydro, the 09 Growboys . When I started i was just using the led and growth was so lush and green, now since Ive read a little on here Ive incorporated some 6500 cfls. Gonna get another same led .
