Can you grow in plain miracle grow?

Can you grow weed in plain miracle grow, without any additives besides plant food. No perlite, no vermeculite, no organic matter just the soil straight out of the bag. Will it work just fine, alright, or not at all?

Well yeah but its kind of hard to flush and just gets really complicated. But its possible Ive used the fertilizer just don't use the soil.

yea but people amend the soil for a reason, vermiculite retains moisture and nutrients, perlite helps drainage and areation , you can do it just out of the bag but if you get root rot or watever your gunna be kicking yourself
