when can you start LST

can u start in veg or do u wait for flowering does it matter but i heard u should wait til it has three or four nodes

lst is way better to start in vegging. I dont touch the plants at all during flowering, because stress during that time will affect bud size/density and therefor yield. You can start lst-ing roughly around the time you have 2-3 nodes (so pretty early!)
