Hey guys, when you first go to plant a seedling into a pot, do you guys flush water through the soil and soak it til it has a decent drain going on? Ty

I just get it nice and damp but not soaked before I put the seed in, I usually wait till the soil is almost completely dry on the surface and water a little more but that's just how I do it
