okay so its march and in england it hasnt rained in a while its starting to get hotter and im wondering if now would be a good time to start growing a small batch. preferably id like to grow northern lights. is this possible ? id like to grow outdoors or if not indoors but using VERY simple methods as its just a small in-expensive batch.

so id like to know,
1) is this a good time to grow ?
2) can i grow northern lights outdoors or on a window sill in direct sunlight?
3) can i do this with alot of 20-30 watt lamps instead of massive lights( purely because these small lights are very easy to get for me)

could you recommend some other seeds i could plant in northern lights isnt a good starter.
