Default help. switching indoor to outdoor lighting

I just recently bought a clone of bubba kush and I had a question. I would still be considered a newb since this is only my 3rd grow. But I have done a lot of research and know friends with more experience. Lets get to it:

I am growing in a pot with potting soil. I have a closet grow going with enough CFL's. My plant was starting to look sort of bad and I figured it was because it wasnt getting enough fresh air. So i took it outside and it has begun to recover. I have been bringing it in at night and putting it out whenever i wake up. Bringing it in keeps it on a normal lighting schedule. Is this indoor/outoor cycle gonna affect the plant in any way? I dont plan to be doing this for a long time just a couple of weeks to let it get stronger and fix the circulation problem. Thanks RIU's

Oh and any info on bubba kush plant's would be cool too.
