I thought the general rule of thumb for PC grows was 12/12 from the start.

Dunno, not much growth room for veg time.

thats a pc case right? i think you could only do two, or three tops plants in there

i would veg for 3 weeks, top, wait another week(or just a few days) for recovery, and flower then. you can also take a clone from your top

12/12 from seed would cause too much streching, better to keep then short and thick while they veg if height is an issue

what stages of light are thier, thier are 3 right, i dont know the first but afta that its 18/6 then lower it 1 hour each day till ur at 12/12 and then flower for 4 weeks then blaze it down, and how do i harvest?thnx and bear with me i might be slow after 6 blunts with my mandem

there are 24/0 18/6 and 12/12 typically. if you followed my plan; i would veg the first 3 weeks after the seedling stage under 24/0 lighting as close as possible to the plants without hurting them. top it and put it on 18/6 or 20/4 for a week or a few days then switch to 12/12

wouldnt my lights blow up? if not can i just 18/6 for 2 weeks and then -1 each day till at 12/12, im jus lookin for between a half 0 to a 0 with 2-3 plants, is it possible, i realy wna grow
