If you have a oxygen problem. I heard you can use hydrogen peroxide in your water. If so how much. My soil feels really compacted. I just started my 12/ 12. My soil has perlite in it but probley not enough.

Lots of debate on H2O2 in the medium. Not recommended if you are growing organic.

If you have the 3% stuff from your local store....just add a TBLS per Gallon of water.

If it's the 30 or 40%....more like a tsp per Gallon.

stick a fork in it, actually do it several times. all around the outside edge of the soil. Its kinda like tilling around the plants. Breaks it up a little so the water goes down faster which takes oxygen down with it. VV

Thats good advice Victor....you could also bottom feed. It sucks air oxygen through the top as the water enters the bottom.

this isnt a mj plant but 40% of the jar is filled with 3% h2o2 and 60% water. thats a relatively high dosage but it survived and got rid of the slime that was growing in there.

h2o2 can be used to treat soil, when poured in some types of soil the soil will become very airy and drainable when dried and it will stay like that even after watering for awhile. you would have to do this before you put any plants in the soil though.

h2o2 does alot of things when it decomposes, try experimenting and reading about it.
