looks like it could maybe be zinc.

    Zinc
A Zinc deficient plant is obvious from the wispy new growth with twisted leaflets at 90°. There is also intervenial chlorosis at the top of the plant that is commonly confused with an Iron deficiency.

If in doubt flush it out. When you do be sure to add something to get rid of any algae just in case. For sure there is a fight going on for the nutes. VV

twisting is definitly zinc but the problem of zinc deficiency occurs in nature only in early spring. It is totaly common indoors when YOU WATER TOOOOO MUCH. This kind of soggy condition actualy keeps the roots from working properly. The other thing that does this indoors is over fertilization. Over fertilization locks out nutes and different breeds react differently to nutes. Nute lock out occurs from drying out the soil or medium i.e. rockwool too much. Ever been to the beach and not taken a shower right afterwards. Ever gotten that ashy look and sticky feeling well thats salt build up. Everything is cool untill you dry out a b it too much and realizez shit my nutes are slightly to strong. So in conclusion first make sure you are letting the medium dry out enough but not too much this should fix everything in 24 -72 hours depending on the size of the plant next if you know for a fact you are not watering too much then your nutrient strength is too high
just lower the nutes. Even if the bottle of nutes says you must use such an such concentration for such and such growth stage. With this problem you will be okay. I guarantee on e of these is the culprit.
