i live in a small town and i am new to growing and all i have to shop from is wal mart and lows what is a list of things that i need to get and can i use m grow soil thanks

Look in the outdoor gardeing sections , you can find HPS lights for 50-100 dollars but they dont give off alot of light i think the biggest I found wass 75-100 watts they also have MH for vegging , and you can get florescents at either place which might be your best bet get like4 or 5 ,3 ft bulbs, your gonna want a ph meter, timer , pots , soil , miracle grow (thats all they have) extension cords , a small fan or two , a electronic thermometer with humidity on it. Probably more but cant think right now

why dont you just order what you need online go check out htgsupply.com they are cheaper than most i think
