I am not too experienced but I would suggest putting them in plastic cups with topsoil to begin, then transplanting into bigger pots. Follow the miracle grow instructions, I would suggest giving it nutrients when you water. Look up other posts on beginner guides?burn one

what kind of lighting do i need and how many times a week should i water it ?? ive tryed growing so many times and i never accomplish anything

Wait a sec .. don't use nutes on new seedlings in soil. I'm no expert on soil, but get the best you can find without time-release or pre-fertilized.
Some arrangement of CFL bulbs is good to begin with for lighting.
Check out the forum grow faqs, lots of good info.
Oh and ask very specific questions with as much detail about your conditions as possible ..
