Basically this is my first plant, its on its 19th week since planting. its got alot of orange hairs but there arnt alot of buds on the plant cuz it went through some trouble in its early phases i i kind of neglected it lol. can someone tell me when to harvest it please.cheers. o ye do the buds look high?

Harvest now!!!!! you got to do it my precious, my precious... seems to me all the hairs have turned red which is good thing. HARVEST!!

I would wait until a few of the regulars replied. I wouldnt harvest yet ...

It depends on the high you are after and what strain that is. Are all the hairs all orange now? Can you see the tricomes with a microscope? Are they all cloudy and turning amber? If they are all amber, harvest now. If still cloudy you can harvest and it will give you an intense head high. If they are all amber, you will get more of a body couch lock high. If you wait too long when amber the thc levels will deplete. I like the all cloudy, some amber tricomes.

^^ I dont really have a microscope to hand, i have a hand one but the bulb went and i dont know where to find them. most of the hairs on the plant are orange, but, there are a few white hairs still... cheers guys.

You can buy a 60x-100x microscope for $10 at Radio Shack. It's perfect for the job.
