Ok, here's a question or two...

I've got a clone that's roughly 2 an a 1/2 months old, can't use the room that I had originally built as it's taken down now. (Some of you will already know that under certain circumstances, I had to destroy over 30 plants a few months back)
I have this plant that now sits on my window, inside. It's nearly 2ft high. I'm relying on the natural sunlight to make it grow at the mo.

How long will my plant keep growing?
Can I grow it continuously?
Will it just grow and grow or will it flower soon?
What feed can I give it?

it depends on whether or not you live in the northern or southern hemisphere. if you live in the northern hemisphere, the shortening of the days will trigger flowering. that is as long as you are providing the plant with TOTAL darkness.

It just sits on the window behind the net curtains, gets sunlight from outside and also the darkness from the night, but not complete darkness. Will it just keep growing like a normal pot plant (excuse the pun) if I don't give it the 12/12....pure light/pure darkness?

has your plant been continuously growing since you put it in front of the window?

Yes, it's grown 4" upwards after pinching the top and is now growing outwards...

theoretically, with the proper amount of light, you can keep a plant growing vegetatively indefinitely, if that's what you're trying to accomplish.

however, if you are actually wanting to flower this plant, you need to provide it with pretty much absolute darkness. moonlight is ok, but shit like street lamps, etc. will cause unwanted results.

I don't want it to flower yet, just want to keep it growing until I'm ready to give it 12/12, and then flowering stage.
I also have a street light shining in at night!
