I was speaking with a friend about a hydroponics shop near our place. He told me that he's spotted cop cars parked near the shop watching people come in and out. I'm def no big time grower, but this does worry me since I've gone several times to purchase small items.

What do you guys feel is safer? Going to a local hydro shop or purchasing online? What experience have you all had with ebay or any other online shop?

Going to your local gardenshop is one thing... but if you wanna see what you're getting, get it for the right prace and have the best experience with safety that lacks paranoia, you should visit out of town grow shops, say up to three hours or so

dont take your car if a all possible because they can link your tag to your address even though it isnt legal to obtain the information without a warrant it still happens all the time........then they could come to your house and find ANY grow product in the trash, with 1seed, leaf, or any matter of marijuana in it and they have probabal cause for a warrant easily. I keep a big pad lock on m grow room door. 3 doors each separate from viewing of one another as a matter of fact and they all have master locks because they have to get a separate warrant in nc for an individually locked object such as trunk or glove box in car, even a suitcase in the car. to make you open it they must have a separate warrant.

well, I guess I've made the mistake of going in my own car, but I won't be doing that anymore. As for the trash, I hide the trash inside of the trash and toss it in a random community trash can away from my home.

i hav a septic system so i throw leaf matter in there and shit like that so itll break down

clever. haha. I imagine some big fat stems would take longer to break down.

Hydro shops and online are both fine.Just dont do anything dum like throw nute bottle out in the trash or stems or seeds or bunch of rockwool. Scraps can be burned or if its leaves and suck multched into the yard with a mower very nice and dsicretly.If ordering onlin e a secondary address should be used and not the grow address.Cash is good but prepaid credit cards work also just dont keep them on you when not using them and dont keep reciepts if at all possible just scan the recipt to your puter burn it to disk and get the disc out of the home in a safe spot f you need reciept for warranty. Make sure to clean your drive after any scans and if you post any pics clean your drive. cache and cookies daily.
