Thread: How far should my CFl be from my seedling?

Ok i had my light running for a day and a half now im giving it some rest. It is growing very quick but im only using one 26 watt cfl. it is about 2 inches away or a bit closer. I just want to make sure it doesn't stretch sicne i don't know if im using a red spectrum or blue spectrum cfl. If anyone can let me know how close it should be let me know please.

Also if someone can post a link to a Full Spectrum CFL that is on amazon that would also help with my other issue. I dont know which to buy.

1-2 inches is ideal for cfls. def keep em close so the seedling stays short and bushy

your gonna need more lights in the weeks to come, but you probably know that
