just 2 cents, but my buddy had this exact same problem and i fixed it with proper ph'd water. minimally you need cheap ph test kit to test the water you are giving your plants. 6.5 ph is great for most strains.

by listening to the symptoms... Obviously it would of been better if he had a pic of asked when it was alive. But that's like getting in an accident being told your paralyzed and then having the doctor say " well I guess you should of worn a seatbelt." After the fact doesn't really matter.

sorry If i'm coming off like an asshole I haven't had my "weedies" for breakfast yet.

i get ur point,but his symptoms(drying and dying from bottom to top) could be deficiencies.....hell,we dont even know if he fed it.....but to say thats the prob when there can be others....
Also i think he prob would have mentioned wilting if it was a water prob
