well this would be my first time doing either of ther two...lst or supercropping...i have an alaskan ice seedling about 2 weeks old...its on about the 5 node and its under a 400 watt hps..and its in ocean forest potting soil...im looking to reduce the height and get more of a yield..if i lst...how long before i ccan start tying down?? i know i can start super cropping at about 12 inches. If i vegged this plant for 2 months how big would it get??? most people veg for 4 weeks i want to veg a whie so i get more budd but want to save on on room...this is the only plant in my closet so i would realyl love to fill the closet right in..i dont care if the plant crawls up the walls..i want a bad ass yield i have the fox farm trio...when shoul i hit it with the first dose of grow big?? it also sauys to use big bloom on the feeding schedule..is this true??? someone help a brother out??

Have you topped the plant at all? or fimmed it? This will produce 2-4 main colas if you do this, then these main colas can be LST'd. This will produce a really bushy plant. I would suggest LSTing first if this is your first go (super cropping can be precarious and you will crap yourself if you snap the branch). The more you veg the bigger the plant will be, but you gotta have the pot size for it (prob 5 gallons - 20-25 litre pots for a 2 month veg) I don't use your type of nutes but I do fetilise through the growth stage, start low and work you way up (1/2 does, then 3/4 dose, etc, or see how your plants take it)

theres 2 sets of 5 leafs..how long should i wait before i pinch the top..atlest until its 6 inches?? its about 3 right now...just small and stocky..almost no room between nodes and when i do lst i can bend the branches any way i want to expose the light anywhere i feel?? so i can really train my plant to grow anywhere id liek it too?? there in a 2 gallon pot now...i was going to put them in a 5 gallon to flower ??

i use grow big an i absolutly love fox farm.
i use grow big, tiger bloom and superthrive. its like steroids for the plants.
i start the grow big once i hit 3 weeks old. as long as the plant has at least 6 nodes your good to give it a 1/3rd strength feeding. gradually get stronger from there. i usualy superthrive em every watering. and i use the ff stuff every other feeding.
i feed grow big until the 2nd week of flowering. theni just stick with tiger bloom which i start a week before flowering. i was pulling 3 to 4 oz off each plant as long as i vegged for a full month first. i actually grew ice. watch how frikkin big that plant gets its crazy. i vegged my ice plants for 3 weeks to a month and i ended up with 5 foot plants. this time im vegging for 2 months. i had 65 plants so i had to flower faster. this time im going with 6 plants grown to their full potential....
the one thing that i didnt like about the ice was i didnt get as much resin as i hoped for.

I would def wait a bit if it's only 3 inches....feel free to check out the girls I LST'd on my Headband/OG Kush grow (in sig) I waited until they were around a foot high. They had already produced their first flowers as well.....each to their own.

It's strain dependent, see which plant prefers what. Some prefer being top'd at 4 nodes, some at 2 weeks flower.

yea man i use super thrive too..i read the book organic marijuana soma style and he said to use superthrive 2 times once in veg and once befor eu flower...so i dont want to follow the feeding schedule they sent with my nutrients??? it says use big bloom with first dose of grow big??
