I have four 27w CFL's in my closet with 3 plants.. is this enough lighting? I know more is better, but if I leave it like this, is it possible to still get good results?

i wouldnt say good results , u might be able to flower with that much. i got 2/65watt and 2/27watt with 4 plants and mine are growing decently

It all depends on your color spectrum. For veg u need 6500k to 7500k spectrum for good growth.
