Default easiest way to raise and lower light in tent grow?

so this has got to be one of the noobiest questions, but what have you guys found is the easiest way to raise and lower your lights in your grow tent, because i got a yoyo type deal and it is way shitty. thanks ppl

maybe an extension cord with the bulbs connected to that, if those are the kinda bulbs ur using?

i hired two 11 yrs old nigerians, that stand at each end and go as they grow.. its the best way!!! my lights r consistanly 20 inches from my canopy... i run my lights from 3am-3pm... if u run opposit, ill rent them to u...

for sure the best plan.. but if for some reason your light schedule dosen't line up, chains with s hooks is the next best thing.
