I ordered some seeds online. This is my first attempt at growing, and for one reason or another, I have no seeds left, but one male plant. Figures, right? Maybe my basic high school biology is pretty rusty and this is a really stupid question, but here goes.

The one plant I have is about 3 months old, it's about 3 ft tall. I've had It on a light cycle of 19hr on, 5 off. Some small seed pouches are clearly visible. Is there any way for me to plant these seeds and start over, or do I need a female plant to germinate them? Money is quite tight, and I can't affort to buy new seeds.

I believe I have a decent setup. I am using a fleurecent light system. I have dual balast, 2000 lumens per, GE plant tubes. As I said my plant is quite healthy. It grew to the top of my crawl space, with plenty of continuous new growth.

Any advice? I can provide further details if necessary.

Male plants don't produce seed. Those pouches are filled with pollen and will eventually burst, allowing females nearby to produce seeds.

Sorry, but you'll have to get some fresh female stock somehow, seeds or clones.
