i have a 4x3 dresser using 4 26w cfls. an oscilating fan. i have 4 seeds so im expecting to grow 1-3 plants. is this setup gonna be ok? keep in mind i am on a very very tight budget. so please dont start telling me how great hps are. and also what type of yield range could i expect with this sort of lighting?
