Hi all. I am new to this site and still learning how to navigate and use the site. please forgive me if i have chosen the wrong forum for my question. I want to begin trying to grow. I've been learning so much from everyone on the site. I would like to get all my questions answered before i start making or buying equipment. My first question is : When using a grow box, if you have one that is 8ft tall, how do you control the height of the plants so they dont grow up into the lights.,, thanx, Levwass

as for controlling height, you keep the lights as close as they can be without hurting the plant to prevent stretching. also, LST(low stress training) can control height, as well as give you many top colas
