Question When to start nutes in hydro setup???
I am not sure when to start nutrients in a dwc hydro setup. Can someone please help? I have had the sprouts under lights for 10 days. One sprout is turning its leaves down and turning slightly yellow. I believe i may need to start nutes, but would like to hear from the experts. Here are some pictures.

Default Nutes
Not an expert, but I'm on my 4th hydro grow. I'd start 1/4 strength nutes right away. You may also want to lower your lights and get a fan on the stretchy one.

Goods luck with your grow!

I appreciate the response. I do have a fan, but it wasn't in the picture. I will try adding some nutes like you said and I'll raise the plants closer to the lights.

I use GH 3 part for nutes, and I think I added 2ml / gallon of the the gro, micro and bloom to feed my plants when they were that old. There is no set formula, it all depends on the strain, lights, medium, etc....

My plants are at 11 days veg in an E & F setup if you want to check out my grow log below...

Good luck with your grow!

Nutrients are started has soon has a clone has legs[roots] or aseedling has it's first set of true leaves. But i still give the plants a little feed while getting clones going or seedling superthrive. Then once the seed has it's fist leaves plant start and superthrive.

Im assuming your using CFLs. Get them WAY closer to your plants. See the stretchy one? shes stretching to reach your lights, making her flimsy. Get them way closer.. use 1/4 str nutes for a week or less if they are doing awsome then go to 1/2 then full str eventually. Alot of this stuff is kind of like common sense...

Dont make the mistake of thinking you have to grow according to a strict code.. you can manipulate things to help your current shitty conditions thats why indoor growing is so awsome! You re-enact the envirement however you want them to turn out.
