Unhappy Orange dust on stems w/ curling leaves & Stunted Growth

This problem started about 4 days ago and has gotten worse. The plant was just fine and then I started Nutes to the T., and Now it seem as though the plant can't use them, like Toxic Salt Buildup or some other kind of problem. Any ideas?
