You'd be going through several bottles per day for it to have any noticeable effect.

At the end of the day, the cheapest way to get CO2 is to make the up front investment in a generator or tanks.

Whereas the other methods are cheaper now, within a couple (few, several, whatever) months, they end up being much, much more expensive.

Just spend the couple of hundred now for a tank and a regulator, as opposed to buying yeast and sugar every week for the rest of your life.

Just my $.02.

thanks for the real help, but if u got a spray bottle and spray them. would it be to much money to just spray them once a day and would that help them grow faster?

Dry ice is frozen CO2. When it melts it turns from a solid directly into a gas. It may also have the added benefit of cooling down your grow room.
