So i have a friend who "says" he has been trained in cali to grow the best, and said he had a plant out doors but i think it was not ever there or yanked up because it was on residential developement land, but need less to say i want to grow my own plant, most likely outdoor, need help from experiencded growers. I have a lot of questions. My friend said it didn't matter where the seed came from, its how you treat the plant. i was wondering if there was truth in that, i have the one seed i pulled out of a half oz of dank, the only seed i found and it looks healthy, how should i go about making this plant a healthy dank discreet plant. sorry about the rambling.... stoned. PLEASE HELP

YOu should consider growing this plant indoors and taking clones from it... THAT is if it is female..

yes, seed/strain is important.... please, don't be offended... YOUR friend doesn't know his ass from my ass.. lol

GROWING comes from experience... and reading.... and a great grower is always learnig... KEEPING HIS or HER awareness open for better techniques.... and the more problems you have in the begining.. will usually lead to BECOMING a greater grower.. NOT always... I was a prodgidy from day 1.. LOL


NOW.... if you are in the western hemisphere, it is to late to grow outside..

You need to learn about the light cycles of MY plants... this is critical.. IT takes abot 3 seconds to learn and understand if you are smart and 12 seconds if you are retarded, and 25 seconds if you are dead..

Once you know the light cycle (flowering vs vegging) you then need to learn about lighting..... this also takes about 12-30 seconds...


Then you need to learn about pH.. this takes 2 minutes and an iq above 69...

Search around for threads about people who are growing with CFLs.. compact fluorescent lights.... these are cheap to get and they can help you raise a plant.. that you can take cuttings from... you want the cuttings.. so that you can preserve the plant until next spring.... this is when you will plant OUTSIDE...

until then, you can practice inside with CFLs.. a GREAT cfl set up will costyou less than $100.... with an intial investment of 20-30 dollars

To say that the genetics of the seed don't matter is to deny the success, and the dank bud, that has been flowing out of the Dam for some time. Good genetics, as long as the plants aren't neglected, is the key to a high class smoke. I suppose the tautology applies here too, eh: good weed is good weed.
And it's good for a reason: it develops heavier, grows faster, is more resistant against mold or frost perhaps than other dime bag commercial strains.

Your friend either completely took genetics for granted, knowing that he was being trained with the best, or it is more likely that he has no idea what he's talking about. No one who knows anything about pot would say something like that. The best treatment of the best genetics gives you the best pot, period.

Turning your dream into a heavy yielding beast is a task out of bagseed, where you never know what you're getting. You don't know if the seed will sprout (as not all do), if it's female (which statistically around 50% aren't), and if you will yield (it could be found like your friend's alleged plant). No guarantees, but you can find all the right info in the FAQ. Check it out, and only ask questions after you've researched a little on your own first.

So I cant plant the 1 seed i found in my 20 dollar quarter sack outside water it real good and just get like a pound of personal mind blowing weed even if I give it some shultz nutrients every wekk???

as long as you have a healthy vegetarian diet and enema weekly, you can just shove a seed up your ARSE and then bend over and face your arse to the sun 18 hours a day.... in 12- 18 weeeks you should harvest 1LB..
