So here is my suggestion if you have questions on the use of terms or slang lets see if we can answer them. I know I still haven't figured out what "Bag Seed" is. I think it is the seeds that comes when you buy a bag from a local supplier. Am I correct?

What's LST

LST is Low Stress Training This is when you train you plant to grow close to the soil. I like to weight down shoots so they droop down paper clips and nuts for weights. Some ppl will use string and tie there plants down. It makes for a nice bush with lots of buds

LST - Acronym for Low-Stress Training, the technique of manipulating the branches in order to reduce plant height, expose certain branches to light, and/or distribute hormones to lower branches of the plant to encourage larger buds.

Seriously? there's glossaries of growing terms all over every grow forum. If you cross check three or so they have absolutely everything.
