Smile Shower is it a good drip system

Hey im about to put my pot under a spare shower and just let water slowly drip in it will this be enough water or too much water. Pot size is 6x6x6 plant size is 2 1/2 inches tall and stem quarter inch thick. Im currently at Vegetation stage too. Lighting consist of 2 50 watt CFL's and 75 watt MH bulb.

If you are growing in soil there is absolutely no need
And plus, water constantly going through the soil would just be flushing all the nutes out
You use a drip system with a hydro medium like hydroton or coco
The water contains nutes and allows the plants to take up aerated nutrients all the time
