Default Help!!! Problems with leaves turning color 1st time grower

I have yellowing leaves, one on each plant, and they are becoming dry and one of the tips crumbled off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 1st time grower

what kind of soil are you using and are you using nutrients yet? looks like slight nute burn

The soil i believe was for seed starting. as for nutrients, i havent been using any so far. theyre about a 7 weeks old.

Oh wait i did use some multi purpose spike with a 8-24-8 for like a week, but then realized they werent good for it yet, seeing as though there wasnt enough nirtogen compared to the other nutrients. But i took those out like a week ago when i noticed. Should i flush them?
