Hi i just want to know if you can sex your plant without switching into 12/12 cycle.

12/12 doesn't determine sex, it makes plants flower. you can determine sex of plants in the fourth week of vegging. a calyx will form if it's a female and you will see two very small white hairs. this is all very hard to explain without pictures.

So the white pistils dont mean the plant is flowering?
Why do some people switch to 12//12 to determine sex and then back to 24/0 if you can tell sex after a month of vegetative?

doing such a thing will raise your plants chances of being a hermaphrodite, it will take your plants about 3-6 or more week to recover from the stress, and your leaves may grow in circles.
