when you burp the jar to let the gas built up out of the jar....is the bud suppose to feel a little damp to the touch? or is the bud still suppose to feel dry?

I'm trying to get the process down once I harvest so I don't have any mold issues...

it may feel damp. if it is just slightly damp i leave the jar open until it feels dry, then seal and continue the process. if it feels really damp then dump it out for another day or so.
