when could i flower?(pics)

so ive got a single plant under 4 27watt 6500K cfls and its been 3 weeks. im sortve on a deadline for when i need to harvest my plant, so i was wondering if i should begin to flower now. i know that flowering early is going to reduce the yield and all, but i cant do much about the situation. the plant needs to be able to be harvested by dec 14th i believe. anybody have any advice? should i just start flowering now?

Won't be ready within 3 months time. =/ I suggest you just wait rather than put all of that work to waste.

Yeah that dec 14th harvest looks a lil bleak. You could put it into flower but it's pretty small.
The smaller the plant the smaller the harvest, plus flowering will take like twice as long.

i would start flowering now so you aren't dissapointed cause you had to pull them early. you just look a tad short than i would reccomend starting to flower, but it will just reduce yield. Better to have less nugs that are potent than to have a bunch of premature nugs. usually reccomend waiting till they are at least 12 inches before flowering them.

yeah im not happy about the timing working out like this, but it was just my first grow and i really didnt time it out right. i would like to be able to wait for a good while to switch to flowering but the time constraints are whats killing me. thanks for the advice though. +rep to all three of you.

not really, maybe a few days past the 14th but prob not.

If you're going to start flowering early you should at least wait until the plant has 4 nodes and then used some Fox-Farm Open Sesame. That should help the flowering process to speed up a bit. Then used FF Beastie Bloomz to help the plant get fatter colas, then FF Cha-ching to help them finish up.
