You've got 4 lights right? You should surround your plant as close as you can with the lights without causing any burns, more lights = more growth. The closer = the better. You can force a plant into flowering stage whenever you want by changing the light schedule, it is up to you to decide when the time is right. If you have a deadline, you might as well start flowering now. Just remember while flowering to keep the light real close to the buds.

yes. Indicas are generally smaller and bushier than sativas and most indica plants flower between 5-8 weeks, Sativas on the other hand are more like 8-12 some taking more than 16 weeks to fully flower.

Yeah, I'd say go for it now. The pics look like they have 4 nodes. Since you have a deadline I'd say do it right away. Things always seem to take longer than anticipated anyway so I'd do it right away. I definitely think you should use some Fox-Farm solubles though, especially Open-Sesame.

so i started the 12-12 cycle just now. im hoping for the best. since im just using clamp lights with y splitters, my 47 watt(2700K) cfl is making the whole y splitter droop down, cause it is so much heavier than the other bulbs, and im afraid its going to fall. anything i could do to stop that? cause ive tried to tighten the clamp up already but its as tight as it can go.

For Fox-Farm nutes you'll have to look at a local hydro shop or online hydro shop. You could probably find them on Amazon.com too.
