bigger plant is in my extra bathroom with now 40 watt spirals, doing well I think, been 10 days and has lots of white hairs since day 3, now lookin good, but stretching a little too much I think,,, will send pics soon, I hope.....

Is that tinfoil on your walls, I heard that is a No No, something about burning spots in your leafs.

alumn. foil was quick thinkin, not good thinkin.. I have been wonderin where to get mylar, I see people using it and it looks like it would work awesome,, so maybe dollar store wraping paper???? what about w-mart, is there a store like that, that I can walk in and ask for mylar and theyll know what Im talkin about???? making a new workshop and this time Ill do it better (I hope). My biggest problem is staying out of the room its in,, (first time budding) very exciting, but am getting better... now week 2... recently put an old shop light in with new daylight bulbs...

I recently went to the dollar store to investigate and found two types, I think the tissue paper is thinner is all, I'm thinking about trying the tissue paper myself you get more for your buck, see attached image.

You could always just paint the walls white
I wouldn't be using no tissue paper and with the wrapping paper i would not
advise using it either.

Best thing is, if you do something, do it right the first time.
Im sure the local nursery or gardening shop would have Mylar or an equiv.

thanx for the advice, Im going to go to HD OR lowes to see about some mylar today. I havent had any probs with the alumn. foil, but Iam not wanting to press my luck this far into this project. I will post pics of my girl when she wakes tonight as she has been awake for the last 12 hours... PEACE...

That's easy to say if you got monies, however you are right that the tissue paper is crap and the gift wrap doesn't seem to cut it either and I can't just paint the inside white, my plants seem to be doing well without anything so I decided to use nothing until I'm able to afford actual Mylar or some Panda Film.
