If you had a magic wand and your stash and pipes were gone, how could he charge you with anything? If you were exhaling then you are in possesion of a smoking device, that is your charge. If they smell smoke, or even see smoke that would give them probable cause. Meaning that the cause of of the smoke is probability illegal. That in it self would allow them to get a warrant but it does not mean you have broken a law. Now they need proof.

If they walked in on you smoking they wouldn't need a warrant.

They have to have a reason to come in. Pot Smoke is not a reason. It is probable cause. If you let them in, they can not search your house. Anything out in the open, they can nab you for. But they can not go through you shit without a warrant or you allow them to. Smoke is not illegal. It could be cigerette smoke. They have to prove it is marijuana. Now if they fear their safety they can search your person for weapons and if they find weed or a dirty pipe bam.

I heard if you eat one package of pectin, drink a gallon of water and piss a couple times to flush one hour prier of testing works. supposedly it works with drugs such as meth and heroin, not sure about marijuana as it enters your system differently and stays there longer.

I also heard that marijuana leaves traces in every part of your body including bones and that they can test your hair for marijuana. True or False? I don't know but it's something to think about.

well it takes alot to have it so they can get into your house. If they have no warrant or permission to enter the court would be forced to toss the case out anyways. Just don't let them have a reason to get the warrant and you will be all set.

Best of battle plans only last until first contact with the enemy. Just like the enemy marijuana will seem to strike a killing blow if some thing is wrong.

If a cop busts in with a warrant for unrelated charges you could have a kilo of cocaine sitting in your lap and you would not get in trouble. The cop would have to leave and then get another warrant for the coke and in that thime you would ditch it.

Actually it has SOME truth. If the police find a a stolen PSP while their warrent says drugs. They can't charge you with it. But it can't be out in plain sight.
