Default indoor winter gardening

im planning on growing an indoor crop this winter. my basement does get cold. any recommendations for keeping temp and humidity within an acceptable range?

6x6x6 grow tent (flower)
4x6x6 grow tent(veg, clone)
600w hps
cfl's for veg
soil

heater will keep the right temps. dehumidefier or humidifier for the humidity

you shouldn't have to with a decent heater and a moderately small tent like that.
... unless the conditions are severe with temps below 45F or so, the heater should make the cut.
