Default i need to know the cheapest way to grow fert,nuts etc.

this is my first grow i am going to use a 400 watt and a 600 watt cause i hear the 600 are better the 1000. I already got my 400 sodium light but its older and been used. This is to just start my grow in 2 weeks i will buy the other light. I got a suncourt in-line duct fan, i got 2 ballast one for a 400 watt only and the other for 1000. i got an exhaust system which is different but it works buddy took it from work and wasn't sure is it worked or not and it did. Plus i got other fans i am hoping to be able to maybe take my in line duct fan to exhaust out? I got some flower bloom but other then that i need to buy all that kind of stuff. My problem is that i have very little money my 3 year old son died of cancer in May and I didn't work for 7 months before he died and not since he passed away so money is tight! I got the main things I need so how can i do this the cheapest way possible?

oh yea any suggestion on to set up my room i am using the crawl space behind my dryer its just under 5 feet high and 6 feet long and just over 3 feet wide. I got a toddler bed i am going to use as table like. i am going to hang the lights on chains. This is were I am going to do my first couple crops once I get good i am going to get a new spot. Somewhere strictly for gardening but for now everyone needs to start somewhere and I have came to realize that the people who grow somewhere in life are the ones who go for the gusto so thats what I am doing the other thing I have learned with my son passing away is life is to fucking short and you can't wait around for something to happened. So for the last time in my life I am asking for help! Please peoples tell me how to do this so I can get out of this rut I am and get on with my life!!!!

Oh i am not neccesairly going with the soil whatever is easiest and cheapest just figured I should let you all know that!

Hey man welcome to RIU,
sorry to hear about your son, I've lost a daughter as well.

It's gonna be hard to make a lot of money in that space, you won't be able to use HPS.
Better check out my threads and see how I grow, your gonna need LOTS of CFLs
check out my picture albums for ideas, nutes I use they are all about as cheap as it gets.
Im running around 20 plants and I use more space than you have by far and had to ad a service breaker box due to electrical demands.

Growing weed isn't a ligth hobby, especially for those of us in ruts or unemployed.
It costs a decent amoint to grow just for personal, considering the time it takes seed to stoned.
I wound up selling my furniture, cameras, home theater, and some other shit to buy all my shit.

you also cant buy the cheapest things you find, cost effective is the way to look at it, cheap can fuck your day up.

By cheap stuff to hang your lights and what happens when they fall?
