Question Smell question

This is my first grow and my babies are in the 24th day of flowering.
The strains are Medijuana and Ganesha's Dream.

I am smelling an ordor that smells moldy coming out my exhaust fan.

They are asleep now, I did not notice any mold on them today when I looked.

Can you tell you have mold by smell alone? or is the weed stinking like that normal?

wed is usually all kinds of stinky during its growth, but if i was you next time the lights are on i would check around the fan and you grow area, throoughly, Justto be sure.

all atrain r diff... i have heard of sum that smell like road kill or armpits... rite now my room is smelling like dog shit... dont get me wrong, it could be mold but if u dont see any, it could jus be the weed... r u using soil??? it could jus be that

why not go down there and just smell the nugs? if they smell like mold its just your nugs, if they smell like sweet citrusy flowers, then something's wrong.

I am using soil and I am nicely toasted. It smells like a wet towel left in a clothes hamper.

I am going to let it dry out some in there.

how high has the humidity been running in there? What was is today? Seems a little early for a mold issue but sure could be.
