    Default First time indoor grower long time outdoor grower

    hey hey i thought it polite to introduce myself its nice to see a solid community of like minded people getting together to share knowledge and advice
    so anyway i have always being an outdoor grower (organic ONLY) and now im living in town i cannot get away with it so easy and decided to move my small opp inside a cupboard (just fin building it) were i have 4 X 2 18 watt cool white fluros totaling 144 watts they are 4 footers in length, were i have started my seedlings i am well educated in growing outdoors so i assume its the same principles ( i have being watching a lot of guides on it). once my seedlings have sprouted up a solid height i will be cloning then moving clones into flower section of my setup were i have a new 250 watt hps waiting i wish to first determine whats going to be male and female then cull whats no good to me (males of course) then presto my mother plants will keep the rotation crop going and hopefully i will never pay for green gold again ( true satisfaction). the only issue is that the seeds im starting out with are lucky dip ones i have collected from stashes over time i am doughtfull that the seeds i have will produce anything decent and have being searching the net for a reliable supply of top shelf seed (growing only for quality not quantity) i am wondering if the 2 site your all supporting (sensie and nirvana) would have any or much issue in sending to Australia (i have never bought seed online before) i am not going to have the goods sent to my grow address for security reasons but i dont want to get my friend in trouble if i send it to his address (by the way he is fine with it) any help or advise would mean a world to me.
    thanks cobbers and cobbets

    Here are some homemade natural pesticide, insecticide, insect repellant, organic pesticide, biocide and fungicide recipes. Organic pest control and pest management techniques are covered.
    Repel everything from insects to rabbits, kill mold, fungus or mildew, and exterminate pests... all with natural or organic pesticide alternatives to chemical pesticides.
    Garlic for organic gardening pest control, natural pesticide and insect repellant

    Garlic pesticide spray
    Soak 3 to 4 ounces of chopped garlic bulbs in 2 tablespoons of mineral oil for one day. Dissolve 1 tsp of fish emulsion in a pint of water and add it to your solution. Stir. Strain liquid and store in a glass container - not metal! Dilute 1 part solution to every 20 parts of water. Kills aphids, mosquitoes, and onion flies.
    1. If you plant garlic in your garden, it will keep away red spider mites.

    2. If you plant garlic around fruit trees, it will repel borers.

    3. Spray garlic pesticide on your garden to repel rabbits.

    4. Spray ponds with garlic-based oil to kill mosquitoes.

    An insect repellent spray made of tomato leaves
    Add four or five pints of water and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to tomato leaves crushed in your vegetable juicer. Strain it. Keep the unused spray refrigerated. Works good on roses too.
    Popular Botanical Pesticides

    * Neem

    * Rotenone

    * Pyrethrin

    * Sabadilla

    Control Gardening Pest With Insecticidal Soap
    Has value against flea beetles, aphids, mealybugs, spider mites, thrips, and whiteflies, sometimes caterpillars and leafhoppers. Combined with Rotenone, it is more effective. Insecticidal soap works only on direct contact; spray it right on the target. Combined with horticultural or botanical oils, insecticidal soap manages powdery mildew.
    Onion and Mint as bug repellant
    Onion and mint are natural flea-beetle repellants.
    Pyola most likely contains GMO canola oil
    A natural insecticide product, Pyola combines canola oil with pyrethrins. It's effective on beetles, squash bugs, and aphids. Most USA canola oil comes from genetically engineered canola, so organic growers should check before using.
    Use caution with broad sprectrum pesticides
    As much as possible, target pests directly to avoid killing beneficial insects.

    Wormwood
    The plant itself is a deterrent to slugs and snails. It can be made into an effective herbal insecticide spray against slugs, snails and caterpillars. To make wormwood insecticide spray, simmer leaves in at least three pints of water. Strain, cool and store in glass jars. You may add soapy water to increase effectiveness.
    One of my favs would have to be an old recipe of 1/3 pure eucalyptus 2/3 hot water works on heaps of different bugs and incects

    If you could tell me what type of bugs u have i may be able to help more
    Hope this was of some help
