Lighting problem...

Due to some damn tricky timers, the light cycle has been messed up on my plants halfway through flowering for 2 days.... Mainly the problem was that it took a few extra hours to kick on in the morning...

The question is, will 2 days of a real fucked up light schedule harm my plants? And what will the effect be?
