HELLO! 1st time grow with 4 female bubbleicious plants 11 weeks in, 2 weeks into flowering, using 2 200W bulbs, vegging was 6400k and flowering 2700k ( both 13000 lumens) budd production appears slow so far and im worried the plants might mature before i get a good crop, any advice on matureing time or anyways i can increase bud production ( allready using food)

i use 13000 lumens in my cab as well and your plants are showing all the same traits that my bagseed do like the leggy node spacing and such. I also flower in a greenroom with direct sunlight and all that and i can assure you that the slow bud developement and "miniature" look from the plants is absolutely due to the lighting. our cabs even look the same size with the same insulation. I can barely stay afloat just using my 13000 lumen grow-cab so im going to relegate it to a veg box for winter propogation and ONLY flower in it during the summer. Looks like you take good care of your plants though and that alone will ensure quality just not quantity under these conditions, unfortunately.
