As far as a PC case grow goes, are the ones at http://www.pcgrowcase.com/ any good, or is it just better to make your own?

Again, I want an effective setup, but I am pretty low on money. If the http://www.pcgrowcase.com/ ones are a ton better, I guess I will have to save up for a bit to buy one of those.

Any opinions on that? It seems like Blue Mystic is a pretty low grow anyway, so I think it won't be a too bad.

If you're the least bit of a handyman, do it yourself. Paying 250$ won't help all that much, unless they include the lights and fans, but even then, for 250$, you could get the same, but even better.

I'm pretty handy but this kit looks pretty decent. it includes
*Four 26w 6400k CFL Veg bulbs
*Power Cord
*Odor Neutralizing Gel
*Air Filter
*CFL Bulb Adapters
*LCD temperature readout
*Computer Case Lock

If its that easy to DIY then I guess I will try and make my own. should be fun.

All of that + case included would normally come out to approx 100$ (even probably less), if you want to have something decent.

Don't go for ready-made, it'll often cost you twice as much as it should.

Just take a little time and do it yourself. You'll pat yourself on the back for saving 150$ and spending it on seeds instead.

The LCD temp reader wouldn't do you much good, since you can easily go exactly what you need off of ebay, meaning the readers that check humidity, temp, and soils stats.

Much cheaper and almost easier to make it yourself.

If you like, in a few weeks, once I've restarted classes and made a little more money, AND finally reaped my plant, I could make a PC-grow Setup and post it.

I think I'll be able to figure out how to make a PC case box pretty well. I've got some ideas from the interweb, and I think I should be good.

If I got some Lowryder #2's (the autoflowering one) would that be a good idea for a PC case grow?
I just saw some Lowryder#2's that looked real good, and didn't smell too strong.
think I'll get some 6 feminised. That should fit in a pc case.
