My plants just sprouted. How do i know when to change to flowering? is all i have to do is change the light cycle?

It's cool,
It's a pretty simple thing. The larger you grow your plant in veg, generally the plant can support more buds. Are you in a rush? got bills to pay or are you looking for some kickass meds?
Personally, I grow my plants in veg for 8 weeks before I flower them. They get between 24"-32'' with multiple colas.
In veg, most people run their lights either 24 hours or 18 on/6 off. Up to the time they are ready to flower. Then flip the schedule to 12 on/ 12 off.
7-12 weeks later, depending on the strain, and boom you got nugs!
