I gotta say I felt a little uncomfortable with the title of this thread but wtf.. anyhow I'm brand new at this (hence newbie central) and was curious if I should top this plant...and if so HOW?????

yeah you can top now if you want you reall can top anytime past the first node. to top all you gotta do is cut off the top node.

alrght and when you say the top node you mean above below the top most set of leaves?

it seems like a really daunting thing the first time you top a plant, but literally all it is, is cutting off the top of the plant, once you do that there will be two tops that come off and you can do it again if you want, all you need to remember is that the plant needs to have enough of itself after you top it to survive, so think of it as a person, if your arm was cut off you could still survive but if you were cut from the waist up you would more than likely die.
