Only water when the top inch of soil is parched. The plant in the white container looks like it's suffering from your current watering regimen. get your grow dialed in, and all plants thriving, before switching to 12/12. GL

hey cmon guy almost 30 view and one reply help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
Only give it enough water that you have just a little coming out the bottom of the pot. Any more than that is a waste, and can possibly encourage other problems if you do it often. As far as an actual measured amount, it depends on a lot of factors, size of pot, how dry the soil is, etc. Me personally, I have 4 small plants flowering at a time, and 400mL of water seems to be a good amount.
Also, IMO, your two cfl bulbs in the 5000k range are wasting energy more than they are helping your plant grow. Use 6500k or 2700k to maximize your electrical usage.
And what light schedule are you using right now? You talk as if you are on 24/0? or? Like the other poster said, make sure your plants are thriving and no problems when you switch to 12/12, and just do it. Some people transition them slowly to 12/12, but it's not necessary. GL
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.

I dont think my cfl get hot enuf to burn my plants... can you touch your bulb with no problem or is it to hot for you to touch?
I go from 24hrs to 12/12
some people go straight to 12/12 from 18/6 but i always cut back one hr. a day from 18/6 . so thats only a 6 day difference if you got some patience! peace out bro-- i water when my soil starts to dry a little
