1st timer problems with 2 1/2 week old plants

HIYA ALL...............................
I'M A FIRST TIME GROWER WITH 2 1/2 WEEK OLD PLANTS
Over the last couple of days a few of them have started shrivelling up and look almost dead . They are pale in colour yellow, with some turning brown, dry lifeless looking with curled tips, drooping leaves and the stems have kinda shrunk in. - They are under a 600w bulb which is about a foot away with a fan
They're approx 3-4 iches tall I've used perlite in coco soil I water them once a day when the lights off till the soil is moist but has no run off Light ratio 18hrs on 6hrs off I've been using superthrive for 2 weeks 5ml to 5 gallons I've been using nutes canna coco a and b npk 5-4-3 5ml of each to 5 gallons for 8 days
any advice please???
