i found this Energy Saving Spiral 85 watt BC
and with the cfl's that say daylight does that mean cool white, i just found out im using warm white when i wanna b using cool white

Cool white is 2700k ish and that is for flowering, you need "Day Light" 6500k CFLs

give them 24/0 lights for about a week then frop to 18/6, that's how I fix stressed planted.

I would NOT use any fert/food/nutes for another week or 2 ATLEAST, if you feed it simply you will fry it more than likely.

It's just pissed and needs some good long long light.

I'll keep watching.
I'm a noob too, I've made about the same mistake, and tomato food from walmart will own make it worse.

no you want cool white for veg and warm light for flowering thats y MH bulbs are blue spectrum and HPS bulbs are red/orange spectrum

i think ive fucked it all the tips look burnt

Just use water.....leave the light on and they should bounce back, love your plant and repect it....

how far away is the light from the plant?

I'm a newbie too and I'm trying to grow a plant. I have 1 3.5 ft plant, i'm growing indoors now cause the damn bugs! I have mine sitting under 2 40watt aquarium and plant lights, do you think I could flower under these bulbs? I dont have alot of cash. and a few days ago I found my stalk was split i believe it was from moving it so much. I tied it with a piece of damp material from a shirt and I am going to see how that goes. A lot of leaves are shrivling up but i think its trying to heal it self from other damages, like when it feel over and broke a lot of branchs off.but the leaves that have no damage look great and very healthy green!I have also been using 12/12 lighting, because i want it to flower as soon as possible! Can anyone help me?!

a good couple of inches ive stopped it now i couldnt bear watching her die i now know shes a fem because i can see the v bits other than that im gonna wait for my new bulbs to get here 2 30w daylights so i'll keep u posted
